AN IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS OF BEST BUY

The purpose of this project is to complete an in-depth organizational analysis based on independent observations and interviews with key personnel. The analysis includes frameworks and ideas as discussed in the organizational theory course, resulting in professional report.

• Knowledge of organizational theories that relate to strategy, goal development, leadership and governance, and culture

• Knowledge of organization design mechanisms that contribute to business success, such as structure, processes, coordination and controls, and incentive programs

• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment to deliver timely results

• Ability to develop relevant interview questions that provide additional, unknown information

• Ability to communicate ideas and conclusions effectively in writing
